At Ivory Rose, each garment is created with intention—crafted in limited quantities, with a focus on precision, longevity, and responsible design. In keeping with this approach, we follow a considered returns policy that upholds the value of every piece.
Credit Note Policy
We do not offer refunds. Should you wish to return an item, we offer a credit note equivalent to its value, provided the request is raised within 24 hours of delivery. Pieces must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and may be redeemed across any Ivory Rose purchase. Requests made beyond 24 hours of delivery cannot be accommodated.Non-Returnable Items
Swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange, in line with hygiene standards. Custom and made-to-measure pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event of a garment arriving damaged or defective, the concern must be reported immediately upon delivery. A complete unboxing video—clearly showing the sealed package being opened—is required for review. Without this, we will be unable to process the request.
