Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact. Credit notes are valid for 30 days.

Custom-made and made-to-measure pieces are not eligible for return or credit, except in cases of damage or defects.

Such issues must be reported immediately with a complete unboxing video as proof.
